Plain terms: what we provide, what you own, and what we will not promise.

What these cover
These terms cover using this website. If you become a customer, the agreement we sign with you governs the service, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
What we provide
Bantri builds native iOS and Android apps for Shopify stores, and provides the service that runs them — configuration, loyalty, push notifications, content and analytics. Checkout is Shopify’s own; we do not process payments.
Pricing, and what happens when it changes
- Prices are published on our pricing page and are in US dollars, excluding any taxes that apply where you are.
- 0% success fees. We take no percentage of your orders, on any plan.
- The price you start on is the price you keep, for as long as your subscription stays active without a break. If our list price rises, or a launch offer ends, existing subscriptions stay where they are. If you cancel and come back later, you come back on the price then current.
- Annual plans are billed a year at a time. Monthly plans are billed monthly.
Who owns what
- Your app is yours. It is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. If we stop working together, the listing, its reviews and its customers remain yours.
- Your data is yours. Your catalogue, your customers, your orders. Ask for an export at any time.
- Our software is ours. The platform, the dashboard and the underlying code remain ours and are licensed to you for as long as you are a customer, not sold.
- Our brand is ours. The Bantri name, wordmark and icon may not be used without written permission, except to say truthfully that you use Bantri.
Using this website
Read it, share it, quote it. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, do not try to break into it, and do not present its content as your own. The comparison page states competitor information as published on a stated date; it is our reading of public pricing pages, not a claim about what any competitor can or cannot do.
What we do not promise
We will be straight about this rather than hide it in capital letters:
- App-store approval is Apple’s decision and Google’s, not ours. We prepare and submit the listing and we have done it before, but we cannot guarantee approval or a timeline.
- We cannot promise sales results. Anyone who does is guessing.
- We depend on Shopify’s APIs. If Shopify changes or retires something, we adapt as fast as we can, but we do not control it.
- We aim for continuous availability and will tell you when we fall short, but no service is never down.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not hold your app hostage: it is in your developer accounts, and we will hand over what is needed to keep it running or move it elsewhere.
We may end the agreement if an invoice goes unpaid after reasonable notice, or if the service is used for something illegal.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We will update the date above and notify customers directly of any material change.
